Scope of Work:

• Design and construction of modern gateways featuring architectural elements inspired by local heritage, using durable building materials that ensure both sustainability and aesthetic appeal.
• Enhancing lighting and smart operations by installing energy-efficient LED lighting systems, integrated with smart control systems that enable automated operation based on pre-set schedules, reducing energy consumption and supporting environmental sustainability.
• Improving traffic safety standards by designing the gateways with engineering specifications that ensure smooth traffic flow, in addition to installing directional signs and adequate lighting for better nighttime visibility.
• Utilizing eco-friendly building materials to minimize environmental impact, including weather-resistant concrete and sustainable paints that maintain the gateways’ appearance for an extended period.
• Landscaping surrounding areas by planting native trees and vegetation around the gateways, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the entrances and creating a welcoming environment.
